Prior to moving home to Colorado, my family and I lived in Utah for a quick 18 months for my husband’s job. After finding and placing an offer during a 48-hour trip whirlwind house-hunting trip, I quickly made the house my own. In the end, it was a hard good-bye.

Built in the 1940s then updated multiple times, this house was full of design challenges and charm in equal measure.

I love looking back on the spaces in The Little Blue House that make me proud.
